The Gift of Gratitude program allows you to make a donation to our hospital on behalf of a Chilton Medical Center caregiver who’s exceptional and compassionate care made a memorable difference to you or your family.
The honoree will be presented with a Gift of Gratitude pin, along with a note of thanks in your name. In addition, your donation will help support the lifesaving technology and innovative programs at our hospital.
