Powered by a workforce of 25,000 team members and 5,667 affiliated physicians, Atlantic Health operates more than 550 sites of care, including eight hospitals: Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center, Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center, Atlantic Health Newton Medical Center, Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center, Atlantic Health Hackettstown Medical Center, Atlantic Health Goryeb Children’s Hospital, Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute, and Atlantic Health CentraState Medical Center. Founded by Atlantic Health, the Healthcare Transformation Consortium is a partnership of seven regional hospitals and health systems dedicated to improving access and affordability. With a strong academic foundation, Atlantic Health is affiliated with Thomas Jefferson University and hosts the regional campus of the Sidney Kimmel Medical College. It is also the official healthcare partner of the New York Jets.

Atlantic Rehabilitation
Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute, named as one of the nation’s "Best Rehab Hospitals, Institutions & Facilities" by Rehab Management Magazine, provides a full range of services to restore the health and functional abilities of people after an illness, injury or surgery. Whether at their inpatient facility in Morristown or any of their outpatient locations throughout New Jersey, patients find the care they need to minimize pain, maximize independence, and improve their quality of life.
Atlantic Medical Group
Atlantic Medical Group (AMG) is a physician-led and physician-governed organization with over 1,400 physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants at over 460 locations throughout northern and central New Jersey and northeast Pennsylvania. Completing over 1.7 million visits in 2025, AMG is one of the largest multispecialty practices in New Jersey and joins Atlantic Accountable Care Organization and Optimus Healthcare Partners as part of Atlantic Alliance, a Clinically Integrated Network of more than 4,000 healthcare providers throughout northern and central New Jersey. AMG is an integral part of positioning Atlantic Health to compete in today’s healthcare environment and strives to deliver improved outcomes and coordination of care for patients, as well as providing professional satisfaction and a collective voice for employed physicians within AHS drive by service, innovation and continuous learning.
Atlantic Visiting Nurse
Atlantic Visiting Nurse Services provides treatment and education services designed to prevent or postpone hospitalizations, and aid in recovery after a stay in a hospital or rehabilitation facility. In 2026 Atlantic Visiting Nurse was rated High Performing and scored the highest of any home health agency in New Jersey by U.S. News & World Report. With one of the first hospices in the United States, Atlantic Visiting Nurse has been helping improve patients' quality of life and supporting their family members and caregivers in private homes, assisted living facilities and nursing homes for more than 35 years.

We are a member of AllSpire Health Partners – an alliance of seven hospital systems that addresses quality, population health management, best practices and medical research in the Northeast region.
