President, Chilton Medical Center and Vice President, Atlantic Health System
Stephanie Schwartz was appointed President of Chilton Medical Center and Vice President of Atlantic Health System in 2016. Ms. Schwartz’s knowledge and experience are specifically in community hospital operations and management.
She recently served as President and CEO of Community Medical Center, a 592-bed hospital within Barnabas Health System, located in Toms River, New Jersey. She also served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Southern Ocean County Hospital, a 142-bed community hospital in Manahawkin, New Jersey.
In addition, Ms. Schwartz has held various leadership roles at Holy Redeemer Health System in Pennsylvania and Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Maryland.
Ms. Schwartz received a master’s degree in health services administration from The George Washington University, completed an administrative residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
