Adults (18+) who are Atlantic Health System patients or received their COVID-19 vaccine at an Atlantic Health System center can create a digital vaccine card with the CLEAR app.
- Download the CLEAR app and tap on the blue digital vaccine card tile.
- Enroll for free by uploading a government-issued ID and snapping a quick selfie to confirm you are you.
- Search for Atlantic Health System from the list of providers and link your account by logging into your Atlantic Health System MyChart account through the CLEAR app.
- Once linked you can create a secure digital vaccine card!
Your digital vaccine card automatically and securely syncs with CLEAR's Health Pass feature for seamless entry to offices, stadiums, concert venues, and more in the tri-state area and beyond.
