Adam Raymond, DO

Adam Marc Raymond, DO, is a family medicine physician specializing in telehealth, primary care, urgent care and men’s health. Board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine, he has more than four years of experience treating diverse patient populations across virtual and outpatient care settings, including acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and men’s and women’s health.

After earning his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York, NY, Dr. Raymond completed a residency in family medicine at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell – Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY, where he served as chief resident from 2021 to 2022. In this role, he led resident scheduling and rotation coordination, collaborated with faculty leadership to improve clinical workflows and served as a liaison between residents and attending physicians.

Prior to joining his current practice settings, Dr. Raymond served as an attending physician in primary care, urgent care and men’s health roles, including telehealth-based care across multiple national platforms. He has experience providing virtual care across 27 states and has held leadership positions involving clinical oversight, provider supervision, protocol development, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, American Urological Association, Sexual Medicine Society of North America and New York State Academy of Family Physicians. He is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
