Dr. Estavillo was both thorough and helpful.

Like I mentioned before front staff excellent but clinical side both MD and her MA were not so much. I felt it was a waste of my time and I will not return for my medical care. I will not recommend to others either.

Dr Aileen Estivio came in wearing gloves and mask very rushed, stayed close to the door, no introduction. I was a new patient yet she did not ask any of my previous background/medical history. Her first comment was " you will be charged for this visit" because you have a concern today. I had to repeat 3 times that my menopause started 5 years ago before she got that right. She did not examine at all only listen to my heart very swiftly. As a new patient I expected totally different encounter where I was prepared to discuss my overall medical history for her to get to know me. I was expecting thorough physical examination. I felt she just wanted to write EHR, order some tests but was very keen to remind me that I needed to pay Co pay which I didn't mind paying. It was a bizarre encounter all in all starting from MA to the Physician. Very unprofessional, transactional incompetent.

Dr Estavillo is the BEST. She listens, explains everything, looks at everything on your chart, takes her time and never rushes.

Dr. Estavillo is great diagnostician - She is thorough & doesn't leave anything to chance.
