It seems that the office is always overbooked. I had asked for the first appointment of the day. When I arrived, there were at least 6 people in the waiting room and they were bringing in chairs from the main lobby to make room. Turned out I did not get the first appointment. My average time at an office visit has been 3 hours total. I like Dr. Mathew very much and am happy with the care provided by him and his staff. But something should be done about stacking too many appointments.

It's been a great experience.

I can't say enough great things about this office. Dr Mathew and his medical assistant are wounderful. They are knowledgeable and understanding. I love my office visits!
