Aphnie Germain, DO

Aphnie Germain, DO, MS, is a family medicine physician with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG) who provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive medicine and long-term wellness. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to all patients and ensuring they are educated about their condition and treatment.

Dr. Germain obtained her bachelor of science in biology from Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA, completed interdisciplinary studies in biology and physical sciences and earned her medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York City, NY, and performed a family medicine residency at Overlook Family Medicine, Summit, NJ. In addition to serving as chief resident, she was awarded a clinical excellence award for demonstrating the highest ideals of family medicine. She received additional training in point of care ultrasound as well. Prior to joining AMG, she served as a library supervisor at Dickinson College, student advisor at NJ SEEDS, Geneva, NY, and library assistant at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. She’s a diplomatic of ABLM (lifestyle medicine) and is a member of the professional organizations American Osteopathic Association, ACOFP, Sigma Sigma Phi, and New Jersey Academy of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization. She is fluent in Haitian-Creole and can speak basic Spanish.
