- 4.3Oct 2, 2024This was my first visit with Dr Shah. The Appointment was efficient and I was provided with additional clarifications and testing appointments. I felt the doctor listened and understood the situation. I am looking forward to being in his care.
- 5.0Sep 28, 2024Excellent care with Dr. Shah even with he explained everything to us and walk me through it and have a positive positive impact
- 5.0Sep 25, 2024Dr Shah us a patient listener & in answering my questions demonstrated broad, solid knowledge pertaining to hematology & my particular blood issues.
- 4.7Sep 25, 2024I was very impressed that paper medical records (blood test results spanning 13 years) I brought to my appointment were considered with respect. Dr. Shah personally made it a point to have them scanned and returned to me before leaving the office. In my experience, when I've provided pertinent medical records to other physicians, they're disregarded. I also greatly appreciate that the patient portal is used quite well. Remarkably, initial results from my appointment that day were made available online WHILE I was waiting in an examining room to be seen by Dr. Shah. Amazing! And for the next 36 hours, I continued to see new lab results in my patient portal. I can't honestly say I know what they all mean, but it's nice to know they're there for my access. Too many medical offices have tenuous, sometimes completely unviable connections to their online apps or portals. Also, Dr. Shah's demeanor inspired confidence, made me feel he genuinely cared about my well being, and (most importantly) gave me a sense of partnership. Finally, the woman who drew my blood (Elena?) did so flawlessly, and the woman who took my vitals was very receptive and interested in information I was providing verbally. All around, this was an exceptionally positive experience for me, even under stressful circumstances.
