Bianca Chiara, MD

Bianca Chiara, MD, is a functional medicine practitioner with Atlantic Health. Board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and certified by The Institute for Functional Medicine, she has more than 18 years of experience offering tools to help patients uncover the root causes of their medical issues. She is passionate about helping women navigate fertility, perimenopause and menopause using a whole-person care framework. She strongly believes in the patient-practitioner partnership and equal responsibility of both parties in the pursuit of health, using nutritional therapies, supplements and medications, if needed, to create a foundation to achieve lifelong change.

After obtaining her bachelor’s degree from The College of NJ, she earned her medical degree from UMDNJ-NJMS, where she also completed her family residency. Prior to joining Atlantic Health, she served as a primary care physician at Hoboken Family Medicine and Women’s Health and Carepoint Medical Group in Hoboken, NJ. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization
