Bruno Schremmer, MD

Bruno L. Schremmer, MD, is a pulmonologist specializing in critical care medicine and pulmonary disease with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). Board-certified in internal medicine with subspecialties in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, he has more than 30 years of experience treating disorders of the lungs and respiratory system, including pneumonia, tuberculosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and emphysema. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to all patients and ensuring they are educated about their condition and treatment.

After earning his medical degree from Université Xavier Bichat, Paris, France, Dr. Schremmer performed a residency in internal medicine at Assistance Publique des Hopitaux de Paris in Paris, followed by a fellowship in critical care at Hôpital Saint-Louis and Hôpital Henri Mondor in France, and another fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine and another residency in internal medicine at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN. Prior to joining AMG, he served as a laboratory consultant, medical director, and junior staff member at various institutions in France, and moonlighted and served as a part-time physician for various practices and hospitals in the US. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, and a Masters in cardiovascular physiology from Hôpital Lariboisière in Paris. He also serves as a clinical instructor at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, NY. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
