Very throughout examination of my hurt arm with x-ray referral and discussion of BP which was elevated. Very helpful visit.

Everyone is so friendly in this office. I have neve had any issues.

My regular provider had left the practice and I was rescheduled with new provider. Upon start of visit, the interaction seemed very robotic and task focus. It lacked people skills, attentive listening, patient centered care and preparedness. It felt very sterile as if she was just checking off the box throughout the interaction to complete the task and lacked connection. I have been receiving my care here for over 10 years and it's thr first time I have felt so dissatisfied after annual visit. I'd recommend additional training enforcing the importance of provider/patient connection, preparedness and building trust.

This was my first visit with a primary care physician after moving to the area recently. Because I'm already a patient with the Hematology group, Dr. Rodriquez had access to my most recent Labs, which was helpful. I didn't need to explain anything, she was already up to speed and acting on those records. I was very pleased with the care and concern shown by Dr. Rodriquez and her staff.
