- 3.0Feb 12, 2026The doctor had on a double mask (understandable) and I had diminished hearing, apparently due to an ear infection, so communicatipn was difficult.
- 3.0Feb 12, 2026I find the office staff to be very helpful and accommodating. I have had good experiences with my primary care doctor and one other provider in the practice. Dr Rodriguez was the least personable provider that I have experienced there and I'm not confident that the treatment she prescribed is working. My niece who is an N.P.said that external ear drops will not treat an ear infection or clear congestion. So far, I have not gotten any relief.
