Ching Y. Tsao, MD

Ching Tsao, MD, FACNS, is a neurologist specializing in epilepsy with Atlantic Health.

Board-certified in neurology and epilepsy by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, she has over 10 years of experience admitting, evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and providing consultation to adult patients with epilepsy. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to all patients.

Dr. Tsao obtained a BA in Biology from Columbia University and obtained her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed a neurology residency at New York Presbyterian Weill-Cornell and a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology, epilepsy track, at Emory University. Prior to joining Atlantic Health, she was an associate professor of neurology at Temple University Hospital. She also served as the program director of the neurology residency, co-director of the epilepsy monitoring unit, and co-director of the EEG lab at Temple University Health System.

Dr. Tsao has authored articles and abstracts, delivered presentations at national meetings, and is a member of several prominent organizations such as the American Academy of Neurology, American Epilepsy Society, and American Clinical Neurophysiology Society. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
