Claire Aislinn Weiss, APN

Claire Weiss is a board-certified advanced practice nurse who expertly guides patients and their families through their medical journeys. Claire began her Neuroscience-focused nursing career at Morristown Medical Center. She has since obtained her Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) and is credentialed as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) through the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC).

In addition to delivering hands-on care to brain and spine patients, she serves as the office clinical nurse manager at Atlantic Brain and Spine. Previously, she functioned as the Coordinator for the ANS Center of Hope Foundation, a non-profit brain tumor support organization.

Claire is often the first stop for patients at our practice, coordinating logistics between medical providers and facilities and initiating appropriate conservative management measures and therapies. She focuses on providing compassionate and individualized care, support and education for patients and their loved ones… so that they can focus on their wellbeing.

Claire’s influence doesn’t stop there. She has made notable contributions to the field of neuroscience, having presented research findings at The Annual Neuroscience Conference and co-authored two publications in neuroscience journals. Claire’s diverse background underscores her commitment to both the scientific and practical aspects of healthcare.
