About me
Daniel Ventarola, MD, is a vascular surgeon with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). Board-certified in vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery, he specializes in complex open and endovascular revascularization for critical limb ischemia, open and endovascular repair of aortic aneurysmal and occlusive disease, carotid revascularization, hemodialysis creation and maintenance and the treatment of varicose veins. He provides compassionate, personalized care to all patients and ensuring they are educated about their condition and treatment. He is also certified as a registered physician in vascular interpretation (RPVI), which documents the highest standard in vascular ultrasound interpretation.
After earning his medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine and completing an intern year in general surgery at Stony Brook University Hospital, Dr. Ventarola went on to complete a residency in integrated vascular surgery at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, New Brunswick, NJ, where he also served as chief resident. Prior to joining AMG, he served as an assistant professor in the Division of Vascular Surgery, Department of Surgery at Westchester Medical Center, in Valhalla, NY. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, delivered numerous presentations, is an active member of the Society for Vascular Surgery and is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
