Very happy.

Two things always amaze and please me when I go to this office. First, the front-line staff is so very friendly, kind, and welcoming. How they keep track of 500 things going on in that little space you give them is beyond me - but they do! I often think it looks like they have as much room as the lunar astronauts....it's amazing to watch them be so very good at what they do. Second, Dr. Artz is such a gracious and kind provider. He acts as though he has no further appointments that day - that visiting with me is the only thing on his mind - that I NEVER feel rushed or that he's on the clock. I appreciate him so very much. I often feel like I should not address my "list" of questions because I'm taking too much of his time, but he persists and never acts like I'm not the most important patient of the day.
