I was reluctant to make an appointment based on bad online reviews. It was a totally different experience. The staff was very welcoming especially the CMA who was amazing, Doctor Graffino listened to my concerns and they were addressed right away. Thank you for your help.

Great experience

Dr.Graffino was so pleasant and understanding. She had all of my medical records ready and reviewed my history with me. She was very knowledgeable regarding the medications I take and all of my medical issues. This was very important because my allergies tie into it all. She made sure I had the right medications and doses. She made sure I had refills on my medications before I left the office. She gave me allergy testing same day and answered any questions and concerns I had. She didn't rush, she was very calm and easygoing. She reassured me to call her if I have any questions or any allergic episodes that need attention which made me feel better. LShe is great.

Second time seeing this doctor and instead of her visiting us in the exam room, we were led into her office where she remains behind a desk looking like "The Godfather". She blew my daughter's health concerns off. She ordered lab work and said if it doesn't show anything significant, then it wasn't her problem anymore.

The office visit itself was fantastic. The staff were excellent, I was seen in a timely fashion. Dr Graffino and her CMA were very helpful and understanding of my situation. They are both wonderful practitioners and I am thankful for their expertise.
