Doreen has always taken the time to go over any concerns that I have with my health. Out of any of my health care providers I really value the time that she takes to discuss everything. It is never a timed or rushed visit. It is a shame that Novartis chose to discontinue the option for former employees to be able to use this office. Doreen has been my provider for years and I do not look forward to having to start over with a new provider when she fully understands my medical history.
