Eli Fouerte, DO

Eli Fouerte, DO, is an internist and hospitalist with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). Board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Fouerte specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic and acute illnesses. As an osteopathic provider, he takes a holistic approach to treatment and is committed to providing coordinated, patient-centered care. 

After earning his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York, he completed an internal medicine residency at St. Michael’s Medical Center in New Jersey.

In addition to extensive hospitalist experience, Dr. Fouerte has also served in hospital leadership and physician advisory roles. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association and the Society of Hospitalist Medicine. He is also a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
