Entire visit was a positive experience beginning with signing in for the appointment, having my vitals taken, speaking with the doctor, having a breath test, and getting the results. In addition the person administering the breath test was kind put me at ease, explained the method of taking the test in a way I could understand. The person taking my vitals put me at ease. She was professional as was the person administering the breath test but both were also calm, friendly and informative. Dr. Oei is always informative, explains everything in a way that is understandable. He will review everything with you, explain any new additions to your meds etc. And why this is being added. His professionalism and demeanor puts you at ease. I always feel confident that I am being well taken care of.

Appt was for 3 I got there at 250 and didn't get to see Dr until almost 330 I watched 4-5 pts go into and then leave during that time . I know drs can get backed up at times
