Gabrielle N Kulik, APN

Gabrielle N. Kulik, APN, is an advanced practice nurse with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). Board-certified in family medicine by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Gabrielle specializes in primary care including the management of hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, depression, and preventative care services. She is licensed by the State of New Jersey as an advanced practice nurse. Gabrielle has more than 20 years of training and experience as a nurse and, later, a nurse practitioner. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah and master’s degree from Rutgers University in Newark, NJ. After graduating with honors and being inducted to Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing she began providing high-quality care in the outpatient setting. She takes pride in providing compassionate and personalized care for her patients.

Gabrielle’s area of practice includes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of many conditions beginning with young adults and continuing across the lifespan. Prior to earning her nurse practitioner degree, Gabrielle served as an RN caring for oncology/medical/surgical, and later, labor and delivery patients. She also led orientation training for new nurses and diabetes education for the department.

Gabrielle treats each patient with respect and dignity and aims to empower them to make meaningful changes that positively impact their health. She actively encourages shared decision making to ensure treatment plans are effective and long lasting while practicing evidence-based medicine. Through dedicated follow-up and communication, the mutual goals can be achieved.
