Guilherme Barros, MD

Dr. Barros is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with expertise in cerebrovascular surgery and the latest endovascular techniques. With a focus on compassionate, personalized care, he treats patients facing brain aneurysms, stroke, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), and other complex cerebrovascular conditions.

An active contributor to neurosurgical research, Dr. Barros is dedicated to advancing the field and improving outcomes for patients with some of the most challenging neurological disorders. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters on aneurysm treatment, stroke intervention, and surgical outcomes.

After years of medical training across the country, Dr. Barros is proud to be back in northern New Jersey, delivering world-class neurosurgical care to the community he grew up in.
