Everyone was nice to me. Dr. Preston listened to my concerns of what I didn't want because of my family history. He understood. I told him my happy place was playing softball and I need my knees to play. Dr. Preston said, let's get them fixed so you can keep on playing. . He made my day!!!

First time visit to AHS Emergency for knee pain and my experience was fantastic. Definitely would return. Recommended to see Ortho so I saw Dr.Preaton. Additional X-Ray was taken and he explained condition but when I asked if there was a torn meniscus he said yeah probably. No MRI to confirm this. Then just offered steroid or gel shots or meds .. I had to ask him about physical therapy. My experience with AHS was so attentive and professional I was taken back by his apathetic mannerism.

Honestly, Dr lacked personality. Although very knowledgeable. To the point. Short on words. Cold. I will come back to him. He stopped my knee pain. Hooray!!
