Jeffrey N Feldman, MD

Dr. Jeffrey Feldman is a fellowship-trained nephrologist with Atlantic Medical Group. Board certified in internal medicine, nephrology and lipidology, he treats patients impacted by kidney disease, helping to preserve function and manage the delicate balance of fluids and electrolytes within the body. He has extensive training in the management of hypertension, lipids and chronic kidney disease, and he employs a patient-centered approach to delivering the highest quality care.Dr. Feldman is an innovator both in his specialty and within Atlantic Medical Group. He is a valued contributor to clinical operations for lipid control and diabetes and helped establish a grant-funded program for diabetes management. In addition, he is the lead physician for Atlantic Health System’s telemedicine initiative. In practice since 1981, Dr. Feldman has maintained a special interest in the care and management of diabetes. For the past five years he has worked in partnership with the Overlook Family Practice Program to manage complex diabetic cases and provide comprehensive care and education to patients in the Union-Summit region. Dr. Feldman has consistently been named a Top Doctor in both New York and New Jersey for more than 20 years. After earning his degree from Hahnemann Medical College, PA, he completed his residency at Bronx Municipal Hospital, NY and went on to achieve fellowship training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, NY. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Clinical Lipidology.Dr. Feldman is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
