- 4.2May 7, 2025I had to make an appointment with my provider to come into the office for labwork. My appointment was at 3:20pm. I saw my provider at 4:00pm and he walked me over to the lab after a 1 minute conversation. I should have went to the lab first and followed up with the provider to discuss the results afterwards. I had to then make another appointment to discuss my labwork. This was completely unnecessary. I explained to the office staff and their suggestion was to schedule a telehealth for my follow up.
