Dr. Nevins is the medical director for Chatham Family Medicine. He is a graduate of Fairfield University and NYIT School of Osteopathic Medicine, and he completed his residency in family medicine at University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey/Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Dr. Nevins brings experience from variety of clinical roles - private practitioner, medical director for long term care and adult ambulatory care for patients with disabilities. He held a variety of administrative roles at Saint Peter’s University Hospital and served as clinical professor for UMDNJ and Drexel College of Medicine.

- 4.3Jul 19, 2025I always experience great care when I visit. My primary doctor is Maria Ocasio. She always makes me feel heard and comfortable. This visit was Dr.Nevins, and at first I was nervous about having a male doctor conduct my female well visit. But he was the only one available within a 3 week span. And I wanted to have my needs addressed. He made me feel very comfortable. I was pleasantly impressed.
