Karen S Ziemke, MD

Karen Ziemke, MD, is an allergist-immunologist specializing in adult and pediatric asthma, allergy, and immunology and has been in solo private practice for more than 25 years. She joined Atlantic Health Partners in December 2023.

Dr. Ziemke earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her MD from Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She then completed her residency in pediatrics and fellowship in adult and pediatric allergy and immunology, both at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Ziemke is board-certified in allergy and immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American Contact Dermatitis Society. She manages asthma, nasal, and ocular allergies, allergic contact dermatitis, eczema, hives, and other allergic conditions. She enjoys working with individuals and families in her practice and strives to maximize her patients’ quality of life when dealing with asthma, respiratory allergy, and skin allergy. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
