Nothing bad. This was the first time I've visited this provider's office, and everything about my visit was positive.

I wish every doctors office has doctors that take the time to listen. It's very nice to know that a doctor does care and that they take their oath to patients seriously and with sympathy, respect caring and just love for their fellow humans. Not all offices are the same and I feel Dr Silva and staff are great people. Every single one so please don't change policies where a patient can't talk or vent about on going issues with health and none health issues. Stress from life does affect our overall health. Stress does affect our immune system.

The entire visit was a very good experience. Everyone was exceptionally nice. That's not always the case in a doctors office.
