Kelly Capasso, APN

Kelly Capasso, APN, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner with Primary Care Partners (PCP). Board-certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, she provides patients over the age of 18 with preventive, acute, and chronic medical care, assists in the training and education of medical assistants, uses telemedicine efficiently and effectively, and provides home visits for homebound patients. She values the opportunity to teach patients strategies for maintaining their health through lifestyle choices, working to build a trusting relationship with them as it empowers them to participate in managing their own health and wellbeing.

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Scranton, Scranton, PA, then obtained her Master of Science in nursing from William Paterson University, Wayne, NJ. Prior to joining PCP, she served as a registered nurse at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem, PA, and Garden State Urology, Morristown, NJ. She is a NJ registered nurse and advanced practice nurse, a certified lactation support counselor, is CPR-certified, and holds a Maternal Mental Health Training Certificate with Postpartum Support International. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
