Very pleasant and efficient

Always a pleasure to see dr moss. He is a very caring and attentive doctor

The flow was seamless, first the receptionist provided the paperwork for me to fill out and then the nurse brought me to the examination room, performed her duties and within 3 minutes of her finishing Dr Moss entered the room. Once the exam was complete, he escorted me to the receptionist who provided me a copy of the after-visit report and scheduled my next appointment. I was never left waiting.

I had a fairly significant list of questions since starting my new medication along with several other visits I had to other doctors since my last visit with Dr Moss. He listened to each question and responded with answers and rationale. I felt much better once we had talked and he detailed out all of the tests that I have had in the last 3 months and that everything was satisfactory.

This was a routine visit, but when I mentioned I had an upcoming surgery, Dr Moss took the extra time to ensure I was able to have the surgery. I am thankful to Dr Moss for his additional effort so that the surgery would not be delayed.
