- 1.0Feb 17, 2026The only time I would ever step into that office is to see Dr. Gopal. If I ever need an emergency appointment and she is not available I would rChange practices rather than waste my time and money with a physician who has no idea what she is doing.
- 1.0Feb 17, 2026I am very disappointed with my recent visit. It felt like a complete waste of time and money, especially since this was not an annual visit and required a significant out-of-pocket copay.I informed the doctor that I had bloodwork done that morning and was waiting on the results. However, she was unable to answer my questions related to my concerns. Instead of addressing my original question, she repeatedly asked if I had any questions for her. When I explained that my initial question had not been answered, she simply responded, "I don't know."What was particularly concerning was her comment, "Do you know every answer as a pharmacist?" which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I understand that no provider can know everything. However, in my own professional experience, if I am unsure of something, I tell my patients that I will look into it, research it, or refer them appropriately. A flat "I don't know" without offering follow-up or guidance does not inspire confidence.Overall, I left feeling unheard, unsupported, and frustrated. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and patient care moving forward.
