There have never been any bad experiences/only excellent. ALL staff & doctor have been on their utmost professional levels, and abilities. It is a joy to go to Dr. Alexianu visits.

Dr. Alexianu has been my neurologist for about 4 years. She is knowledgeable in her field but has been dismissive when addressing my symptoms/concerns. Her rather abrasive disposition tends to overshadow her competence. It took 3 separate phone calls to her office over the span of 5 days to receive a call back from her to discuss important bloodwork results. I have since made an appointment with another neurologist in hopes that my issue will be diagnosed with compassion and a plan moving forward.

The office is a tense office. There aren't a lot of smiles going on there. They seem overworked. You don't really feel like they want to hear from you. The dr is always typing on a laptop and very impersonal. She's smart but not a good listener. She knows her subject matter.
