Mary Agnes Craddock, APN

Mary Agnes Craddock, ARNP, is a family nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). She assesses, diagnoses, and provides quality-focused health care to patients with diverse medical conditions including coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, cardiac transplants, ventricular assistive devices, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, liver disease, soft tissue disorders, chemical dependency, orthopedic injuries, sexually transmitted diseases, breast, cervical, and prostate cancers, hypertension, and diabetes. Because she brings a deep sense of understanding and compassion to her professional process, she has been consistently focused on people as well as pathology and facilitates positive patient treatments, care plans, and outcomes.

Mary earned her Associate of Science in Nursing and Associate of Arts from Pasco Hernando Community College, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from University of South Florida, Tampa, FL. Prior to joining AMG, she served 18 years as a nurse practitioner, and eight years of professional nursing experience in cardiology and gastroenterology outpatient veterans, general surgery inpatient and outpatient veterans, hospitalist medicine, urban and rural primary care clinics, and mobile health unit settings. She also holds the following certifications: Certified Nurse Practitioner, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; Board-Certified Cardiovascular NP, American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine; Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, Florida, NY, NJ; Advanced Cardiac Life Support. She is a member of the professional organization American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
