The doctor was very fast. He spoke over me. He did not read my history before or during my visit. I asked him if he had access to my records at RWJ and he said "of course I do". I said"its pretty long huh?" he said, I would rather you tell me. He didnt do his homework for a new patient. In his aftercare notes there are dates, wrong procedures, wrong historic diagnonsis that I never had. He went and changed my treatment plan without explaining it well and without me agreeing to it. He sent my medications to a pharmacy I clearly told him did not take my insurance but he argued with me and did it anyway. Many dates where entered wrong and his spelling appeares rushed and careless. These are my medical records now and it is against HIPPA and CMS rules. It is dangerous and unfair.

Both the nurse that provided primary care and Dr Mosseri what very helpful to me and made it clear what my options were as far as medication and taking care of my diabetic treatment.

A patient who arrived after me was called in first to be seen which I felt was not fair.

This was a new patient visit, and both the nurse and the doctor were excellent listeners. The doctor showed empathy for my concerns and had solutions
