All of the staff was very kind and accommodating from the front desk, nurse, and NP. I ended up having questions for all 3 of them and they answered all of my concerns promptly and kindly. When getting bloodwork, I often feel very uncomfortable and have fainted in the past at a different office, and when I expressed my concern about that, both CMA and Mindy stayed with me and talked me through the entire time. I ended up not feeling faint or sick at all. I also had a million questions to ask Mindy during the appointment and I did not feel rushed at all or like I was taking up too much time. She even stayed through the duration of the bloodwork which I truly appreciated. This was my first appointment in this office and I plan to stay with this team.

This was a great visit overall. I've had several acquaintances suddenly pass away recently so my biggest concern was getting my bloodwork and heart checked to the greatest extent possible. Mindy Parisi heard my concerns and met all my checkup goals in a very personable and unrushed manner. The results came back very quickly and Mindy called me as soon as they came in - despite the fact it was a weekend, she didn't wait. I appreciated that. She provided me with a few options and took my reluctance to use medication unless strictly necessary into stride. I appreciated that too. The nurse, phlebotomist, and the trainee present were also fantastic. Great practice.

I've never had a single issue with anyone at the practice. From the front desk to the cmas. Mindy is one of the best providers I've ever had she listens. She understands and most of all she doesn't judge about anything. She makes you feel so warm and welcome there is nothing she wouldn't do for you.
