I have recommended this practice, and Dr. Ayub specifically, to several people.

I love Dr. Ayub. she is caring, patient, and nonjudgmental. She is always positive and never makes you feel badly about slow progress or not meeting goals. This is the first time/place I have gone to lose weight that didn't feel like it was pass/fail; rather a journey.

Shout out also to Moira, the dietician! She's been very helpful.

Dr. Ayub is a model physician. Wish she could handle all my health issues.
