- 5.0Oct 28, 2025From start to finish I had a great experience. The front office staff were friendly, helpful, responsive and proactive. The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable, spending extra time with me to ensure that I understood my next steps and any potential challenges I might face. Costs were considered and explained, with alternatives offered in the event the first line of testing was financially inaccessible. Dr. Shah was timely, friendly, respectful, asked great questions and offered reasonable, understandable explanations for symptoms and testing to explore.
