I always enjoy visiting this doctor's office because it is always a relaxing, respectful and friendly atmosphere. The staff are always very welcoming and willing to make certain I am comfortable or need anything. Dr. Gendler is very professional yet down to earth making certain the patient understands her explanations. She is patient, willing to take all the time needed and answers all questions in layman's terms. Dr.Gendler can be very friendly to put one at ease. She is passionate about her profession but doesn't laud it over her patients. I would recommend her without any reservations. Priscilla Ngo, Dr. Gendler's PA, is gentle, professional and very efficient. Her approach to the patient demonstrates her caring and her dedication to make certain the patient is well cared for and is informed. She has always been immediately available or responded immediately to my calls or questions. Again, I would recommend Priscilla without any reservations.
