Rena Jaffe, APN

Rena Mariel Jaffe, APN, is a family nurse practitioner with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG) with more than 15 years of experience providing primary and preventive health care for individuals and families across the lifespan. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to all patients and ensuring they are educated about their condition and treatment.

Rena earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Rutgers University Graduate College of Nursing and her nursing degree from Rutgers University College of Nursing, New Brunswick, NJ, graduating as valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA, completing the Honors Program and earning induction into Sigma Theta Tau. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Japanese language and literature from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI. Prior to joining AMG, she served as a family nurse practitioner in primary, urgent and specialty care settings, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical and psychiatric conditions, performing procedures and providing preventive care for patients of all ages. She also held academic and leadership roles, including adjunct faculty in psychiatric nursing and supervising and training clinical staff across multiple health care organizations. She also holds the following certifications: ANCC Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Travel Consultations per CDC Guidelines and New Jersey Sports Physicals Certified. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
