Sahar Ilyas, MD

Sahar Ilyas, MD, is an internist with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). Board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Ilyas specializes in diagnosing, treating and preventing acute and chronic illnesses. She is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality patient care.

After completing her medical training at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, Dr. Ilyas completed an internal medicine residency at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. During her residency, she served as a team leader for the Stroke Code Team, the Rapid Response Team and the Code 66 Team, which responds to cardiac arrest. 

Dr. Ilyas has published multiple peer-reviewed publications and given presentations based on clinical research. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
