- 5.0Sep 27, 2024Love the separate check in area and check out area. Every single front desk job should have one.Love all the providers and receptionists. They are all kind, courteous, friendly and empathetic. Thank you for all that you do!
- 5.0Sep 24, 2024Very satisfied with the staff and office procedures.
- 1.4Sep 23, 2024Unfortunately when I need to see my primary doctor Dr. Palmer. She doesn't have any openings and I have to wait weeks for an opening. Last 2 times prior to this last visit I had to go to emergency urgent care. And this time PA. I was disappointed with the physician assistant. She asked why I was there because she couldn't help me. Someone from the office called to ask again why I was coming in. Apparently she never told me not to come. It was a wasted trip. Why have a primary doctor when you can't get in when you're sick and really need to see them? Which I love. Something has to be done with Atlantic health system. When it comes to schedule an appointment, If it's your primary doctor you should be able to get in within a reasonable amount of time if not, why have a primary doctor?... If you have any questions please feel free to contact me..
