Vladimir Proudan, MD is a metabolic medicine physician with Atlantic Medical Group. He has more than ten years of experience in his field, taking care of patients with obesity and obesity-related metabolic issues including insulin resistance, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, fatty liver as well as hormonal imbalance and metabolic dysregulations. His expertise also includes patients with malnutrition associated with inflammatory bowel disease, bowel resection and cancer. Dr. Proudan is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, American Board of Obesity Medicine, and National Board of Physician Nutrition Specialist. After obtaining his medical degree in Ukraine where he was born, Dr. Proudan pursued his residency training in internal medicine at Geisinger Medical Center, PA and subsequently completed a fellowship in obesity medicine and nutrition support.
