Atlantic Health names David Nosacka as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

MORRISTOWN, NJ – JULY 16, 2026 – Atlantic Health is pleased to announce that David Nosacka, MHA, will join the organization as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 17, 2026. As a key member of the health system’s executive leadership, Nosacka will guide financial strategy and performance, ensuring Atlantic Health remains well-positioned to build healthier communities through clinical excellence, innovation and growth.

Nosacka will work closely with the executive team and Board of Trustees to strengthen care, expand patient access and affordability, and position the system for continued growth.  His purview will include accounting, treasury, revenue cycle, financial planning and analysis, capital planning, managed care, supply chain, real estate and construction, and the Atlantic Health Venture Studio, the system’s arm for investing in healthcare startups, partnerships, and co-developed solutions to transform care delivery.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, Nosacka is deeply committed to developing high-performing teams and leading complex healthcare organizations through periods of transformation and growth.

Before joining Atlantic Health, Nosacka served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Washington, part of Common Spirit Health.  There, he oversaw financial strategy and performance for 12 hospitals, 300 sites of care, 18,000 team members, and 500,000 attributable lives in value-based care arrangements.  During his tenure, he played a key role in post-pandemic financial recovery, supported the integration of Virginia Mason and Franciscan Health, advanced ambulatory care expansion, and improved operational performance.

Nosacka’s diverse healthcare leadership roles have included service as System Vice President and Illinois Chief Financial Officer for Hospital Sisters Health System in Springfield, IL; Vice President and Division Chief Financial & Operations Officer for Hospital Sisters Health System in O’Fallon, Illinois; System Vice President and Division Chief Financial & Operations Officer for LHP Hospital Group in Plano, Texas; and Vice President and Chief Financial & Operations Officer for Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.   

He earned a Master of Health Administration from Tulane University Medical School and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from University of New Orleans.
