A pivotal member of executive leadership, Dr. LoPachin will work across the enterprise to ensure delivery of high-quality, value-based care. As the organization’s principal clinical strategist and champion of quality, safety and innovation, her leadership will drive performance improvement and clinical excellence, while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration among clinicians and the medical staff.

A proponent of equity and inclusion throughout her leadership journey, Dr. LoPachin brings with her more than 20 years of experience across academic medicine, multi-hospital health systems, and private practice. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Mount Sinai Health System, where she helped lead
enterprise quality, patient safety, regulatory strategy, and the organization's COVID-19 response while driving measurable improvements in clinical outcomes.
