Yes — this is a full‑time, paid training program.
Trainees earn $19.24 per hour.
If you start on June 22, 2026, your first paycheck will arrive on July 3, 2026.

Our EMT training program lasts 12 weeks and includes both classroom learning and hands‑on field training.

  • Classroom training: Takes place during regular daytime business hours.
  • Field training: Depends on the availability of emergency vehicles, so some shifts may take place in the afternoon, evening or on weekends.

Because emergency medical services operate 24/7, you’ll get real‑world experience that reflects the true pace of the field.

Most classroom training takes place in Florham Park, NJ. Field training will take place at locations throughout northern and central NJ.

You’ll be eligible to take the National Emergency Medical Technician Certification exam. Once you pass, you can transition into a regular EMT role, effective at the start of the next pay period.
