Magnet designation
We are proud of achieving Magnet® designation five times in a row, which places our nursing team in an elite group of 1% of hospitals in the nation to have earned Magnet recognition five consecutive times.
Professional development
We support the professional growth of our nurses through robust continuous learning programs and recognition of nursing excellence. Our nurses have the opportunity to develop individual skills by participation in:
- Nurse mentorship program
- Nursing succession planning fellowship
- Nursing certification courses in multiple specialties
- "Lunch and Learn" events with topics such as respiratory emergencies, palliative care, CIWA protocol and stress management
- Skills days held twice a year to give all team members the opportunity to enhance clinical competence
