Arterial studies we offer
We provide a comprehensive range of arterial studies designed to assess and monitor your blood flow, detect blockages, and ensure the proper functioning of vascular structures.
Arterial ultrasound imaging
Also known as duplex ultrasound, this test uses two types of ultrasound, standard ultrasound and Doppler ultrasound, to measure blood flow in the arteries and reveal any narrowing or blockages.
Arterial pulse volume recording with ankle-brachial blood pressures (PVR and Doppler)
Performed at rest and also after exercise, this test measures blood flow using cuffs placed at multiple locations along the leg.
Bypass graft ultrasound
This study determines if a bypass graft is working correctly.
Hemodialysis ultrasound
This ultrasound is used to evaluate a hemodialysis access.
Photoplethysmography (PPG)
Through a small sensor placed on the fingers or toes, this test uses infrared light to monitor blood flow near the surface of the skin.
Skin perfusion study
By taking a blood pressure reading of capillaries in the leg or the foot, this exam is used to identify whether there is adequate blood flow to a wound for it to heal properly.
