Dr. Dein took pains to listen to the whole history I had provided, asking probing questions along the way. We spent over an hour together and I never felt rushed. He and I had a very pragmatic discussion about what might be underlying my issues. Although we didn't reach any conclusions on this initial visit, I felt he was engaged and eager to get to the bottom of things. I appreciated that he reached out to my retinal specialist for clarifications on recent uveitis, and provided a referral to an allergist, opening a new possible avenue for a more complete diagnosis. With all my symptoms affecting so many different systems, it's inevitable that I'd need a quarterback to direct the activity and I'm confident Dr. Dein will help me get to the bottom of it all.
