Dr. Peter Blank is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with Atlantic Medical Group. He is fellowship-trained in sports medicine, specializing in sports medicine, adult reconstruction, and general orthopedic surgery. Dr. Blank is an expert in treating patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions using both surgical and non-surgical options. He also applies his background in osteopathic medicine that helps to decrease pain and improve functionality. Board-certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, Dr. Blank believes in talking at length with his patients so they can make informed decisions regarding their care and treatment options. Known for his leadership and his commitment to clinical care, education, research and development, he brings more than two decades of experience to patients, always focused on recovery and long-term success. After graduating as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Blank pursued his internship and residency at Peninsula Hospital Center, part of the North Shore/LIJ Health Care System in New York. He continued on for fellowship training as an orthopedic sports medicine specialist at Plancher Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Dr. Blank is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
