About me
Stephen Verdesca, MD, has been in practice in Morristown since 1996. He received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/New Jersey Medical School. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and his Cardiology fellowship at Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University.
He is board certified in cardiology and nuclear cardiology from the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

- 5.0Aug 20, 2026Outstandingly helpful. Excellent input to decisions by multiple doctors and nurses. I brought in a copy of an abnormal EKG near closing time with a question about travel. My doctor was not in. Another looked at It. Recommended delay and another EKG the following day. Return to normal and subsequent travel. I will highly recommend this practice to others. I had asked Dr Hsieh what to do If I experienced an episode of abnormal heart rhythm. He said call me or go to the ER. I am very relieved to know how calling him worked out even when he wasn't In the office. Bravo!
